基于时间反转算子分解算法的板中导波小缺陷成像

    Imaging Small Damages in Plates Using DORT Processing

    • 摘要: 为进一步提高板中微小缺陷检测成像能力,将基于时间反转算子分解算法引入基于导波的板中缺陷检测成像研究中.该算法能将波的能量重新聚焦在多个极小的散射体上,每个散射体都对应一个显著的特征值,因此,通过对时间反转算子的奇异值分解获得特征向量,并通过将得到的时间反转信号反向传播来单独地对各个散射体进行成像,且提供各个散射体的相关信息.数值模拟结果表明该算法能实现缺陷定位,且小缺陷的成像分辨率明显优于传统时间反转成像方法,有望进一步用于复合板中的小缺陷检测成像研究.

       

      Abstract: To improve the imaging capability of small defects in plates, a time reversal operator decomposition algorithm was introduced for inspection and imaging of small damages in the plate based on guided wave. The proposed algorithm could focus wave energy on multiple tiny scatterers. Each scatterer corresponded to a significant eigenvalue, therefore, the time reversal incited signals could be obtained by the feature vector based on singular value decomposition. Then, the detection signals obtained by back propagation could be used for each scatterer imaging and to provide relevant information. The simulation results show that this algorithm can realize the defect location, and the small defect imaging resolution is significantly better than the traditional time reversal imaging method. This small defect detection method is expected to be further used in the composite board in imaging studies.
