居住区停车场立体化改造决策机理

    Decision-making Mechanism of Stereo Reconstruction of Parking Lot in Residential Areas

    • 摘要: 为缓解居住区停车难问题,挖掘了居住区停车场立体化改造的决策机理及其影响因素,并系统梳理了居住区停车场立体化改造的工作流程,分析了停车场选址、投资模式等影响因素与支持意向决策之间的关系.以葫芦岛市为例开展停车场立体化改造决策意向调查,基于随机效用理论,构建基于二项Logit(binary logit,BL)模型的居住区停车场立体化改造决策模型.模型结果表明:居民的年龄、文化程度、对小区停车管理的满意度以及居住区户均车位数、停车位利用率等因素对停车场立体化改造决策具有显著影响.敏感性分析显示,18~40岁的停车人群以及户均车位数低于0.9的居住区接受改造的概率较高,弹性值高.

       

      Abstract: To alleviate the parking problem in residential areas, a decision-making mechanism of stereo reconstruction of parking lot in residential areas was proposed and influence factors were explored. The working process of stereo reconstruction of parking lot in residential areas was studied and the relationship among parking lot location, investment mode and decision-making of residents' willingness were analyzed. Taking Huludao city as a case study, a questionnaire about residents' willingness of stereo reconstruction of parking lot were designed and carried out, and a residents' decision-making model of stereo reconstruction of parking lot in residential areas was established based on the binary logit (BL) model. Results show that factors such as resident's age, education and satisfaction with parking management, and household parking number and utilization rate of parking lot have significant impacts on the residents' decision-making result. Sensitivity analysis shows that parking users between 18 and 40 years old and the residential areas where household parking number is less than 0.9, are more likely to accept the proposal of stereo reconstruction of parking lot, and both have high elasticity. The study can provide technical support for the stereo reconstruction of parking lot in residential areas.
