Abstract:
To alleviate the parking problem in residential areas, a decision-making mechanism of stereo reconstruction of parking lot in residential areas was proposed and influence factors were explored. The working process of stereo reconstruction of parking lot in residential areas was studied and the relationship among parking lot location, investment mode and decision-making of residents' willingness were analyzed. Taking Huludao city as a case study, a questionnaire about residents' willingness of stereo reconstruction of parking lot were designed and carried out, and a residents' decision-making model of stereo reconstruction of parking lot in residential areas was established based on the binary logit (BL) model. Results show that factors such as resident's age, education and satisfaction with parking management, and household parking number and utilization rate of parking lot have significant impacts on the residents' decision-making result. Sensitivity analysis shows that parking users between 18 and 40 years old and the residential areas where household parking number is less than 0.9, are more likely to accept the proposal of stereo reconstruction of parking lot, and both have high elasticity. The study can provide technical support for the stereo reconstruction of parking lot in residential areas.
