风机主轴超声在线监测系统的设计与实现

    Design and Implementation of Uultrasonic On-line Monitoring System for Wind Turbine Spindle

    • 摘要: 为满足风机运行条件下主轴质量监测要求,针对主轴压装部位由表面向轴心扩展的缺陷进行检测研究.设计了一套由超声激励接收电路、无线收发电路、多通道选通电路等组成的风机主轴超声在线监测系统.采用环形阵列方式将检测传感器布置于主轴端面合适位置,利用超声脉冲反射原理实现缺陷检测.为验证系统效果,对风机主轴试样及其人工缺陷进行检测实验.结果表明:缺陷检出情况与实际符合良好,满足风机主轴压装部位缺陷监测要求.该系统不仅解决了当前风机主轴运行过程中质量不受监控的实际问题,同时为远程在线质量监测提供了一套实现方法.

       

      Abstract: Detection of defects extended from the surface to the axis of a spindle at the part of assembly area was performed to meet the requirements of monitoring the spindle quality in the running of wind turbines. An on-line monitoring system for spindle quality were designed. The system contains ultrasound transmitting, receiving circuits, wireless transceiver circuit, multi-channel selection circuit, and so on. The circular array elements were installed on the lateral surface, and the ultrasonic pulse reflection principle was used in the system. To verify the system effect, the detection of the spindle specimen and its artificial defects were carried out. Results show that the experiment is in good coincidence with theory, which achieve the requirement of defeats detection in the assembly area. This system not only solves the actual problem of spindle quality monitoring during its work, but also provides a set of implementations to remote online quality monitoring.
