Abstract:
High temperature is one of the key factors that can make the raw milk deteriorate in the storage stage. To prevent the raw milk from deteriorating, the temperature of raw milk storage tanks must be strictly controlled in a suitable range because of the sensitivity of raw milk to temperature. However, many reasons can make the cooling tanks of raw milk not work well, leading to the milk spoilage problem. Sensors, Internet of things, database and network platform technologies have been used for raw milk cooling tanks monitoring and warning. Meanwhile, intelligent management and network services platform for raw milk cooling tanks were built for multi-regional users. High precision NTC temperature sensors ensure the accuracy of temperature measurement of raw milk in the cooling tank, and non-contact measurement guarantees the intactness of raw milk. Test shows that when abnormalities occur, the intelligent monitoring and warning terminal and the remote management platform will have a good warning performance both in local and remote places. After continuous testing, it turns out when abnormalities occur, the user can receive the warning message in 2 seconds. The temperature variation curve is in accordance with the actual raw milk cooling storage technology. Managers can acquire the raw milk quality in each milk station at any time through the platform.
