Abstract:
In order to solve the problems such as poor durability and fire resistance of traditional organic adhesive in bonding FRP (fibre reinforced polymer/plastic) reinforcement, concrete specimens bonding carbon fiber reinforced polymer/plastic (CFRP) with MPC (Magnesium phosphate cement) and EP(Epoxy adhesive) specially were tested for bending. Through the test, fracture type and bending strength were analyzed, and the law of load-displacement curve and load-strain curve were summarized. Through comparative study on the morphological mechanism of interfacial failure, the results show that the bending test specimens of concrete composite reinforced with MPC and CFRP produce the same effect as using EP. The interface can exert better shear bond effect.
