背压差影响下压力旋流式喷嘴喷雾性能的实验研究
Influences of Dorsal Pressure Difference on the Atomization Performance of a Pressure Swirl Nozzle

摘要: 为了研究背压差对压力旋流式喷嘴雾化性能的影响规律, 实验分析了背压差对压力旋流式喷嘴喷雾形成雾滴的索特尔平均直径(Sauter mean diameter, SMD)、雾滴速度以及喷雾锥角的影响以及SMD、雾滴速度在雾场轴向和径向的分布特性.结果表明:随着背压差的增加, 喷雾锥角和雾滴速度随之增大, 而SMD不断减小.背压差分别高于0.32、0.30 MPa时, SMD、雾滴速度和喷雾锥角的变化率均小于5%.当背压差为0.30 MPa时, 随着轴向距离的增大雾滴速度减小, 而SMD呈先增大后减小的变化趋势; SMD和雾滴速度随着径向距离的增大而增加.Abstract: To study the influence of dorsal pressure difference on the atomization characteristics of a pressure swirl nozzle, the spray cone angle, Sauter mean diameter, speed of the spray particles, and their radial and axial distributions were experimentally studied.Results show that the spray particles and spray cone angle increase with increasing dorsal pressure difference, while Sauter mean diameter decreases.The atomization parameters vary less than 5% when the dorsal pressure difference is higher than 0.30 MPa.The spray droplet velocity decreases with the increase of the axial distance, while the Sauter mean diameter increases and then drops off with increasing axial distance when the dorsal pressure difference is fixed to 0.30 MPa.The rises in Sauter mean diameter and spray cone angle occur with increasing radial distance along the radial direction.
