基于直觉模糊集和VIKOR方法的高速列车运用安全可靠性评估

    Operational Safety and Reliability Assessment of High Speed Train With Intuitionistic Fuzzy Set and VIKOR Method

    • 摘要: 为了保证高速列车在运行中的安全可靠性,需研究高速列车运用安全可靠性及其评估方法.因此,基于高速列车多部件的复杂机电系统特征,构建了高速列车系统多重网络模型及其相关性风险综合指标,并结合人员、环境和基础设施等外部因素与系统内部因素建立了运用安全可靠性评估体系.鉴于评估中的不确定性,选用基于直觉模糊集和VIKOR方法对某一型号的高速列车转向架系统进行评估和验证.结果显示转向架系统构架风险性最高,并表明了该方法的可行性和适用性.

       

      Abstract: In order to ensure the safety and reliability of high speed train, it is of great necessity to study the operational safety and reliability assessment analysis of high speed train. A multiplex network model and comprehensive risk index were proposed based on the complex electromechanical systems with multi-components. An operational safety and reliability assessment system combined with people, environment, infrastructure and internal risk of the train was established. As for the processing uncertainty, intuitionistic fuzzy set and VIKOR method was proposed and applied to a specific high speed train bogie system. The result shows that Frame Assembly has the highest risk, which verifies that the method is feasible and applicable.
