纯弯载荷下带簧单元的初始缺陷敏感性分析

    Sensitivity of Initial Imperfections for the Tape-spring Under Pure Bending Load

    • 摘要: 为了得到空间可展铰链中带簧单元在纯弯过程中对于不同初始缺陷的敏感程度,提高空间可展铰链的稳定性,基于Abaqus有限元软件建立模型,通过引入带簧单元的特征值屈曲模态作为初始缺陷,改变引入屈曲模态的阶数和缺陷因子的大小,在纯弯载荷下对带簧单元进行了屈曲力学性能和缺陷敏感性分析.结果表明:带簧单元正向弯曲的力学性能对屈曲模态缺陷比较敏感;屈曲模态缺陷对带簧单元驱动能力的影响较小,对其自锁能力的影响较大.该研究有助于补充和完善带簧单元的稳定性分析.

       

      Abstract: To obtain the initial imperfections sensitivities of the tape-spring, and thus improve the stability of the space deployable hinge, a model with eigenvalue-buckling-mode imperfection was established by the finite element software Abaqus. The influence of the orders and the factors of the eigenvalue-buckling-mode as variables on the mechanical behaviors in the pure-bending process of the tape-spring were investigated. Results show that the tape-spring is more sensitive to the eigenvalue-buckling-mode imperfection in positive bending. The eigenvalue-buckling-mode imperfection has a smaller effect on the driving force, but has a bigger influence on the self-locking ability of the tape-spring. This research is useful to complement and perfect the analysis on the tape-spring stability.
