    Preparation and Dielectric Properties of BT/PANI/PVDF Composite

    • 摘要: 为提高电介质材料的介电性能,采用原位聚合的方法制备了BT/PANI复合功能体,以其为功能相,制备了BT/PANI/PVDF三相复合材料.采用红外光谱法和X射线衍射法对BT/PANI复合功能体的结构进行了表征,采用扫描电子显微镜和阻抗分析仪对BT/PANI/PVDF三相复合材料的微观形貌和介电性能进行了表征.分析了BT/PANI/PVDF体系中的极化方式,并以此为基础,对介电性能随频率的变化规律进行了解释.结果表明:在BT/PANI/PVDF三相复合体系中,功能相BT/PANI被均匀包覆在聚合物基体中,得到了介电性能较好的BT/PANI/PVDF三相复合材料.

       

      Abstract: To improve the dielectric properties of dielectric material, an in-situ polymerization method was used for preparing the combined functional filler BT/PANI, and three-phase composite BT/PANI/PVDF was prepared using BT-PANI as the functional phase. The structure of BT/PANI was characterized by infrared spectroscopy (IR) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The morphology and dielectric properties of the three-phase BT/PANI/PVDF were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and impedance analyzer. The polarization modes of the BT/PANI/PVDF system were analyzed, and the variations of dielectric properties with frequency were explained based on it. Results show that the functional phase BT/PANI is uniformly coated by polymer matrix in BT/PANI/PVDF to obtain good dielectric properties.
