Abstract: To study the structures of coalgebras, the notion of Krull dimension of coalgebras based on prime subcoalgebras was introduced. Research on it by means of localization was made and some equalities and inequalities on Krull dimensions were obtained, then provide useful tools for studying of coalgebras.
