多头锥螺杆-衬套副的曲面建模与设计方法

    Surface Modelling and Design Approach for a Multiple Cone Screw-bush Pair

    • 摘要: 为提高螺杆泵的承载能力,增加螺杆泵流量的平稳性,解决由于油气泄漏产生的气穴现象,基于多头柱螺杆和单头锥螺杆的理论研究提出了一种多头锥螺杆的曲面成形方法.通过空间啮合理论,建立了锥螺杆-衬套副的曲面方程;依据锥螺杆-衬套副截面方程及其变化规律,建立了多头锥螺杆-衬套副的流量方程,并确定了给定流量下螺杆泵的结构尺寸计算方法;对多头锥螺杆-衬套副进行了运动学分析,建立了多头锥螺杆-衬套副的运动学方程,得出了多头锥螺杆-衬套副的运动规律.基于锥螺杆-衬套副三维模型与3D打印技术,完成了多头锥螺杆与锥衬套的实体加工,验证了多头锥螺杆-衬套副曲面方程的正确性,并基于Pro/Mechanisn对多头锥螺杆-衬套副进行了仿真分析,验证了其运动学规律.

       

      Abstract: To improve the carrying capacity and the flow stability of the screw pump and to solve the problem of cavitation generated by oil and gas leakages,a surface forming method was investigated based on the multiple column screw and single cone screw theory. An equation of the cone screw-bush pair surface was established according to the space engagement theory. A flow equation of multiple cone screwbush pair was built up based on the cone screw-bush pair sectionequation and the rule of its variation.The calculation method of the screw structure size at a given flow rate was determined as well. A kinematics equation of the multiple cone screw-bush pair was obtained after a through kinematics analysis of the multiple cone screw-bush pair was conducted. The movement rule of a multiple cone screw-bush pair was summarized. A cone screw and a bush solid model were processed based on the 3D model of the cone screw-bush pair and the 3D printing technology. The correctness of the kinematics equation about multiple cone screw-bush pair was verified. Moreover,the motion simulation of the pair was conducted by using pro/mechanism and the kinematics rules were verified at the same time.
