大直径菲涅尔透镜模具加工机床静动态特性

    Static and Dynamic Characteristics of Large Diameter Fresnel Lens Mold

    • 摘要: 为了解决大直径菲涅尔透镜模具加工机床的加工稳定性、精度难以保证的问题,基于ANSYS Workbeach软件,对机床整体进行静动态分析.首先,通过静态分析得到大直径菲涅透镜模具加工机床整机的薄弱环节;然后,利用模态分析法得到机床整机前六阶的模态振型并分析了机床结构的模态频率及振型之间的关系.分析结果表明:横梁稳定性较低,为机床的薄弱环节,横梁内部x向筋板需要加强;机床最大位移发生在横梁位置,变形主要发生在地脚,需要改善优化地脚数量与布局.改进方案为:横梁筋板厚度不变,将内部原垂直构成的十形结构筋板改为V型结构;箱体前段需要增加3个地脚并成等距排列以提供支持力,从而加强机床刚度.

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem of machining stability and accuracy of the large diameter Fresnel lens mold processing machine,the static and dynamic analysis of the whole machine was conducted based on ANSYS Workbeach software,providing reference for optimizing the design of machine tool structure.First of all,through the static analysis,the weak link of large diameter Fresnel lens mold processing machine was obtained; Then,modal shape of the first six order was acquired by modal analysis method,and the relationship between the above structure modal frequencies and mode shapes was researched. The results show that beam stability is low and weak,and the beam front inner X stiffened plate needs to be strengthened. The maximum displacement occurred in the beam position,and the deformation mainly occurred in the anchor,so it is need to improve the quantity and layout of the anchor. The improved scheme is that keeping the beam reinforcement plate thickness constant,changing the inside stiffened plate composed of ten-vertical structure into a V-shaped structure. The body paragraph need to be increased three anchors into isometric arrangement to provide support for strengthening stiffness of the machine tool.
