铁尾矿粉对碱矿渣泡沫混凝土力学性能的影响

    Effect of Iron Ore Tailings Powder on Performance of Alkali-activated Slag Foamed Concrete

    • 摘要: 为了研究铁尾矿粉对碱矿渣泡沫混凝土力学性能的影响,用掺入了铁尾矿粉的碱矿渣泡沫混凝土制成100mm×100mm×100mm的立方体试块,分别将混凝土试块养护3、 7、28d后,测试其抗压强度. 结果表明:随着铁尾矿粉碱矿渣泡沫混凝土表观密度的增加,其抗压强度不断增大;当铁尾矿粉的掺量从10%增加到30%时,碱矿渣泡沫混凝土的抗压强度逐渐增大;当铁尾矿粉的掺量从30%增加到50%时,碱矿渣泡沫混凝土的抗压强度逐渐减小,且强度损失较明显,随着铁尾矿粉细度的提高,碱矿渣泡沫混凝土的强度逐渐增大.

       

      Abstract: In order to study the effects of iron tailings powder on the mechanical performance of alkali-activated slag foam concrete, alkali-activated slag concrete doped with powdered iron ore tailings was made into 100mm×100mm×100mm cube specimens, which was respectively cured 3 days, 7 days and 28 days. Then the compressive strength of concrete block was tested. The results show that with the increase of the apparent density of alkali-active slag foam concrete, compressive strength also continually grows. When the content of iron tailings powder rises from 10% to 30%, the compressive strength of the alkali-active slag foam concrete increases too. When the content of iron tailings powder rises from 30% to 50%, the compressive strength decreases, and the loss of strength is obvious. With the increase of fineness of iron ore tailings powder, the compressive strength of the alkali-active slag foam concrete gradually improves.
