Research of the Occurrence and Development of Architectural Heterogeneous Factors Transplantation in Beijing

  • 摘要: 为了减少三类表现突出的异质要素(异质的城市形态、异质的建筑类型、异质的建筑风格)在移植于北京的过程中对地域特质发展的冲击,对北京建筑异质要素移植的发生与发展展开研究,采用归纳论证及案例分析方法,解析了我国改革开放以来异质要素移植的2个主要历程,探究了现象发生的深层动因:强大的经济驱动力、快速发展的交通、迅猛的文化扩散.结合北京世界城市的定位论述了异质要素移植的发展意义,提出2个原则对其发展加以规范和引导:减少旧城整体破坏、建立新旧意向关联.
    Abstract: The occurrence and development of architectural heterogeneous factors transplantation in Beijing were studied for the purpose of reducing the impacts on the regional traits development,caused by the three typical heterogeneous factors,heterogeneous urban morphology,heterogeneous architectural type,and heterogeneous architectural style.By using the methods of inductive argument and case analysis,the two main courses of the heterogeneous factors transplantation was analyzed since China's reform and opening up,and the deep motivations behind the phenomenon,which were strong economic driving forces,rapid development of transport,and cultural diffusion in rapid rate were studied.Based on the global city positioning of Beijing,the development significance of the heterogeneous factors transplantation was discussed,and two principles,including the principle of reducing the destruction to the old city and the principle of making the meaning association between the new and the old city were put forward to guide and prescribe the development of heterogeneous factors transplantation.
