高速激光弯沉仪标定方法

摘要: 为了解决高速激光弯沉仪现存标定方法工作量大和量值准确性低的问题,基于测试原理提出了一种新的标定方法.该方法通过分步改变多普勒传感器设置位置,使多普勒激光传感器都置于弯沉盆范围外来达到标定的目的,并针对设备的构造制定了相应改进方案.通过与其他标定方法进行比对,试验结果显示该标定方法在相关性、Pearson相关系数和实测弯沉盆斜率曲线等评价指标上都优于现存的标定方法,且与我国常用的贝克曼梁法较接近,保证了弯沉测量的质量;同时,该标定方法标定时间短,可操作性强,具有较好的实用性.Abstract: To solve the problem of workload and low measuring accuracy in existing calibration method of traffic speed deflectometer,a new calibration method based on measurement method was proposed. The new calibration method changed Doppler laser position by step process to making all doppler laser sensors outside the scope of deflection basin and the corresponding improvement scheme for equipment construction was put forward. The test results show that the calibration method has better precision from evaluation indicators of relevance,Pearson correlation coefficient and the measured deflection basin slope curve than that of existing calibration method,and the measurement result is an approximation of Backman beam to ensure the quality of the deflection measurement. The new calibration method has a good practicability and the maneuverability is strong because it spends less calibration time.
