聚合物改性沥青中SBS面积比的确定及其对沥青使用性能的影响

摘要: 为了研究SBS(styrene-butadiene-styrene)改性沥青荧光显微图像中SBS溶胀特征及其对沥青使用性能的影响,采用4种SBS类型、3种沥青、3种SBS掺量下制备14组SBS改性沥青进行荧光显微镜观察取像,利用MATLAB图像处理手段确定了荧光显微图像中的SBS所占面积比例,分析SBS面积比与不同SBS改性沥青类型的关系,研究其对当量软化点t800、当量脆点t1,2、针入度指数PI、塑性温度范围Δt指标的影响.结果表明:星型SBS改性剂较线性SBS改性剂具有更大的SBS面积比,不同基质沥青与SBS改性剂配伍性在SBS面积比上指标表现出较大差异,SBS掺量越大,则SBS面积比就越大.随着SBS面积比的增大,改性沥青当量软化点值增高.SBS面积比对改性沥青感温性、低温抗裂性的影响没有显著规律.SBS面积比分布在31.26%~36.16%时改性沥青具有较好的路用性能指标,为从微观领域提出合理的SBS改性沥青的质量控制指标提供了研究基础.Abstract: To investigate the SBS(styrene-butadiene-styrene) swelling characteristic and its impact on service performance,14 groups of SBS modified asphalt samples at 3 dosages were prepared by adopting4 kinds of SBS and 3 kinds of base butimen.And the samples were observed and taken pictures by fluorescence microscopy.By using some of MATLAB functions,the SBS area ratio was calculated in fluorescence microscopy images and the relationship between SBS area ratio and raw materials was analyzed.The impact on equivalent softening point,equivalent brittle point,penetration index,plastic temperature range of SBS area ratio was researched.The results show that star-shaped SBS has larger SBS area ratio than linear SBS in modified asphalt.Different base asphalt shows different SBS area ratio.The SBS area ratio is increasing with the SBS content.With the SBS area increasing,the high temperature performance of modified asphalt increases,but there is no apparent regularities of the temperaturesensitive and low temperature stability.The SBS modified asphalt shows better pavement performance when SBS area ratio is at the range between 31.26%and 36.16%.The result provides a reference for improvement of quality control index for SBS modified asphalt in microscopic field.
