基于ELID精密镜面磨削技术的外圆精加工工艺

    Cylindrical Precision Machining Process Based on ELID Grinding Technology

    • 摘要: 为了探究外圆精加工的新途径,采用在线电解修整(electrolytic in-process dressing,ELID)精密镜面磨削技术,对外圆进行ELID精密超精密磨削实验.鉴于许多典型难加工材料的平面精密加工和高效加工是通过ELID精密镜面磨削技术解决的,通过改装机床工艺设备、优化工艺参数,得到当砂轮线速度为20 m/s、磨削深度为10μm、电极间隙为0.3 mm、电压为10 V、电流为1 A、占空比为2/3时,已加工表面的表面粗糙度为0.025μm,外圆磨削状态最佳,加工工件的表面质量最优.

       

      Abstract: To explore a new way for cylindrical precision machining,electrolytic in-process dressing( ELID) precision mirror grinding technology was used for precision and ultra-precision machining of cylindrical. Given ELID precision mirror grinding technology has effectively solved the problem of basal plane precision machining and efficient processing of many typical difficult materials. Through the conversion process of equipment tools,optimization of process parameters,when the duty ratio of twothirds,electrode gap was 0. 3 mm,the wheel speed was 20 m / s,grinding depth was 10 μm,voltage was10 V,and the electricity in 1 A,cylindrical grinding state was the best,and the machined surface roughness Ra can attain 0. 025 μm. So the cylindricol grinding state is best and surface quality of the workpiece is optimal.
