螺栓被连接件刚度的解析计算

    • 摘要: 基于三维轴对称模型的弹性理论方法对螺栓连接中被连接件进行了建模,用均匀分布的环形力来模拟螺栓头部对被连接件的作用力,给出了被连接件的刚度的理论解析.实例计算结果表明:提出的计算方法具有较高的精度.得到的被连接件刚度计算方法不需要进行太复杂的运算,适合螺纹连接设计中较为准确地计算被连接间的刚度,具有较好的工程实用性.基于三维弹性理论解析解的方法对被连接件的刚度进行求解,不需假设应力分布,也不需要对最佳的半锥角进行实验或有限元统计.

       

      Abstract: A three-dimensional axisymmetric model based on the theory of elasticity is proposed to calculate the joint stiffness of the clamped bolted joints under a separating service load and the force of the bolt head acting on the joint member is simulated by a uniform distribution of the ring-shaped normal pressure. Results of examples show that the proposed joint stiffness for bolted joints is easily calculated and the method has higher precision and stronger practical value. There is no need to assume different equivalent distribution envelopes of the compressive stress and to have to study the optimal semi-apex angle of the conical frustum for joint stiffness calculation.
