热力压缩机引射位置对多效蒸发海水淡化系统性能的影响

    Influence of Suction Position of Thermal Vapor Compressor on Multi-effect Distillation Desalination System Performance

    • 摘要: 为了提高多效蒸发海水淡化系统性能,研究热力压缩机引射位置对多效蒸发海水淡化系统性能的影响,利用一个四效并联MED-TVC海水淡化实验系统进行了变化热力压缩机引射位置的系统性能实验.实验结果表明:热力压缩机引射位置对多效蒸发海水淡化系统性能有重要影响.随着热力压缩机引射位置的变化、引射压力的增大和压缩比的减小,多效蒸发海水淡化系统的性能系数先增大后减小.存在使系统性能系数最大的最佳压缩比和系统性能系数较大的最佳压缩比范围,得到的最佳压缩比范围为2.0~2.3.为了提高多效蒸发海水淡化系统性能,必须合理选择热力压缩机引射位置,使热力压缩机在系统性能系数较高的最佳压缩比范围内工作.

       

      Abstract: A four-effect-parallel-flow MED-TVC desalination experimental system was adopted to conduct performance experiments under TVC different suction positions in order to increase the MED desalination system performance and study the influence of TVC suction position variation on system performance.The experimental results show that variation in suction position of TVC has considerable effects on the MED system performance.The MED-TVC desalination system performance ratio increases first and then decreases with the suction pressure increases and compression ratio decreases.There is an optimal value and range which could make performance ratio get its maximum and higher values and 2.0- 2.3 is research result.Reasonable selection of suction position of TVC is imperative so as to make compression ratio within its optimal range and increase the MED desalination system performance.
