Full-scale Test on the Performance of High-strength Recycled Concrete-filled Square Steel Tube Columns Under Axial Compression

摘要: 为研究方钢管高强再生混凝土柱的轴心受压性能,设计了3个方钢管高强混凝土柱足尺试件.3个试件几何尺寸相同,区别在于混凝土类型与内部构造.试件1为方钢管高强普通混凝土柱,试件2为方钢管高强再生混凝土柱,试件3为腔体内设置钢筋笼的方钢管高强再生混凝土柱.试验加载采用单向重复加卸载的方法.通过试验分析了各试件的破坏特征、承载力、耗能、延性和刚度,采用国内外5种规程对各试件轴心受压承载力进行了计算.研究表明:方钢管高强再生混凝土柱损伤过程和破坏形态与方钢管高强普通混凝土柱类似;方钢管内设置钢筋笼可显著提高试件的承载力、延性和耗能,减缓刚度退化;矩形钢管混凝土结构技术规程(CECS 159—2004)承载力计算公式可用于方钢管高强再生混凝土柱轴压承载力计算,计算结果与实测值符合较好.Abstract: To study the axial compression performance of high-strength recycled concrete-filled square steel tube( CFSST) columns,three high-strength CFSST full-scale specimens were designed with the same section size and different concrete type and internal structure. One of the three specimens was highstrength normal CFSST column; the second one was high-strength recycled CFSST column; and the last one was high-strength recycled CFSST column with a reinforcement cage. One-way repeated loading was adopted in the test. Through the experiment,the failure characteristic,load-bearing capacity,energy dissipation,ductility and stiffness of the specimens were analyzed. The ultimate bearing capacity of CFSST columns was calculated according to five relevant regulations at home and abroad. The test results show that the damage development and failure mode of recycled concrete-filled square steel tube column are similar to those of normal CFSST column. The load-bearing capacity,ductility and energy dissipation are improved significantly owing to the installment of the steel reinforcement cage inside the square steel tube. CECS 159—2004 can be used to predict the load-bearing capacity of CFSST columns,and the calculation results show well agreement with the test results.
