摘要: 提出了一种基于局部特征尺度分解和Teager能量算子包络解调的滚动轴承故障诊断方法.首先,在定义具有物理意义瞬时频率的单分量信号—内禀尺度分量(intrinsic scale component,ISC)的基础上介绍了一种全新的信号自适应分解方法—局部特征尺度分解(local characteristic-scale decomposition,LCD).然后,在滚动轴承故障模拟试验台上采集振动信号,并对信号进行局部特征尺度分解,将其分解成为若干个内禀尺度分量,之后对包含故障信息的ISC进行能量算子包络解调,从而得到轴承故障的特征频率.实验和工程实践的轴承故障信号分析结果表明:该方法可以准确识别滚动轴承的故障,可以应用于工程实践.Abstract: A fault diagnosis method of rolling bearings based on local characteristic-scale decomposition( LCD) and Teager operator is put forward. First,a new nonstationary signal method,i. e.,LCD,is illustrated based on the definition of the intrinsic scale component( ISC) with the physical instantaneous frequency. Second,the vibration signals were collected on the bearing faults test rig,and the signals were decomposed into several intrinsic scale components using LCD. Third, the Teager envelope spectrum is applied to the selected intrinsic scale component which stands for the bearing faults. Finally,the intrinsic frequency of the faults bearing can be obtained. Results of the experiment and engineering signals of bearings show that this method can effectively diagnose the faults of bearing and it can be applied to practical applications.
