Abstract:
To analyze the motion characteristics of the ink roller,a model of ink layer between the ink distributing roller and the ink vibrator is built up by using ANSYS. The ink layer is equivalent to a thin rubber layer with low hardness. After analysis, the force and deformation on the contact area of the ink distributing roller and the rotation speed of two rollers are extracted. Factors, such as rotation speed, center distance of two rollers and hardness of rubber layer, which affect the motion of rollers, are analyzed. Result shows that the relative sliding increases with the rotation speed, and decreases with the center distance and the hardness of the equivalent rubber layer. Compared with the simulation results under the condition of no ink,at the same rotation speed, the relative sliding with ink is greater than without ink. The experimental results of the ink transfer experiment are consistent with the simulation results.
