    高校教师学术休假制度的构建与完善

    Research on the Construction and Perfection Countermeasures of University Teachers' Sabbatical Leave

    • 摘要: 学术休假制度为教师自主开展科学研究和学术活动提供了平台。针对如何提高教师申请学术休假的积极性、如何满足教师个体成就需要、提高学术水平等问题,通过介绍学术休假制度的发展历程和实施意义,对国内高校教师和管理人员开展调研访谈,探索学术休假制度在构建和执行方面存在的问题,基于麦克莱兰成就需要理论,总结分析学术休假制度的框架内容和激励因素,从而提出制度的定位及对策建议。

       

      Abstract: The sabbatical leave provides a platform for teachers to carry out scientific researches and academic activities independently. This paper describesthe sabbatical leave developmenthistory and the significance of implementation, and explores existing problems in the sabbatical leave construction and execution through investigating and interviewing university teachers and administrative staffs from universities in China. Based on the Achievement Need Theory of Mc Clelland, this paper summarizes the frame contentand motivators of the sabbatical leave, proposes countermeasures and suggestions correspondingly.
