Abstract: In reference of the organization' s life cycle theory and the team development theory,a qualitative analysis has been made in this paper against the relationship of the growth and evolution model for the university research and innovation team structure, funding structure and technology structure.The validation of the university research and innovation team' s growth and evolution model is verified through the numerical analysis of the vector logistic model of the university research and innovation team.
