    中国区域物流产业技术效率差异及演进趋势研究

    Research on the Difference and Evolution Trend of Technical Efficiency of Regional Logistics Industry in China

    • 摘要: 为了科学评价我国区域物流产业技术效率及演进趋势,运用基于非径向、非角度的SBM-DEA模型,对我国2003—2013年30个省级行政地区物流产业的技术效率、纯技术效率和规模效率水平及其演进趋势进行了实证分析。分析结果表明:考察期内各地区物流业技术效率虽然呈现增长态势,但效率水平仍然较低,主要是由纯技术效率偏低所导致,八大区域物流业技术效率呈现从东向西递减的规律。总体而言,大部分地区物流业纯技术效率亟待提高,少数地区规模效率偏低是其技术效率较低的原因。转变增长方式是我国物流业技术效率提升的关键所在。

       

      Abstract: In order to evaluate the technical efficiency and the evolution trend of the regional logistics industry in China, using SBM-DEA, this paper analyzes the technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of logistics industry during the year of 2003-2013 . The results show that the technical efficiency has increased during the period, but the level is still low, due to the low pure technical efficiency. TE diminishes from east to west in eight regions. Transforming the mode of growth is the path to improve the technical efficiency.
