Abstract: With the development of the society,more and more problems are rising.At the same time,the theme of social development is put forward.This paper focuses on three fields of the social development—fundamental livelihood,social order and the modern social management pattern construction,based on a definition of social construction from the objective basis,fundamental objective and action path.At last,what should be done about the country,market and society in the process of social construction is proposed.
