Abstract: The resources of enterprise are not only factors of the power of growing. They are and always are important growing. With the condition of resources, the approaches represent specialization, diversification, TNC (transnational restricting its growing, but also factors relating to enterprises' of enterprises' growing can corporation) and clustering. Whatever kinds of approaches enterprises choose, they all are based on resources, and do right thing in the condition. The selection of four kinds of approaches is not only rested on the resources the enterprises have, but also is affected by the environment. The growing of enterprises is a suited outcome of inner competence and the surrounding.
