    Study on the Social Work Applied to the Trade Union of College

    • 摘要: 在深入推进高校改革的背景下,高校工会慢慢被边缘化并逐步丧失话语权,职工维权的习惯性缺位导致公信力缺失并引发合法性危机。面对日益恶化的组织生态环境,高校工会的当务之急就是如何摆脱目前的生存困境。通过对当下我国高校工会组织生态的解读,试图以社会工作的介入作为解决困境的突破口,在论证高校工会引入社会工作可行性的基础上,确立高校工会社会工作的基本框架,并针对可能的实践障碍提出相应建议,进而证明社会工作介入是激活高校工会,改变“被边缘化”命运的理想路径。

       

      Abstract: Trade unions in College have been gradually marginalized and lost the right of voice in the background of advancing the reform of colleges,at the same time,the loss of accountability caused by the absence on safeguarding interests of the faculty has also led to a legitimacy crisis.The urgent thing is how to pull the trade union of college from survival crisis facing the deteriorating environment.The author is trying to solve the problem through the analysis of the perspective of organizational ecology,establish the basic framework for social work on the trade union of college based on the feasibility study,and then put forth some suggestions on overcoming the obstacles to practice,proving finally that it is a good way to activate the trade union of college and change the situation of being marginalized.
