    Building the Chinese Management Model Based on Traditional Culture

    • 摘要: 从中国传统文化的复兴入手,探讨了管理与文化的关系,指出文化对于形成管理理论和管理模式起着根基性的作用。通过分析中西方管理思想的文化差异,揭示了中国管理思想的本质,并在此基础上建立了具有我国特色的中国式管理模式。

       

      Abstract: Starting with the Chinese traditional culture revival,the author discusses the relationship between management and culture,and points out that the culture plays a basic role in the formation of management theory and management model.Then,the author analyzes the cultural difference of management thoughts between China and western countries, and reveals the essence of Chinese management thought On the basis of above discussion and analysis,the paper proposes a Chinese management model with Chinese characteristics.
