Abstract: It is the duty of the social work profession of universities to train and bring up a number of ambitious,well-structured,and qualified social work professionals.The social work specialties of universities should be clear about its goals and responsibilities,and its planning and construction,should be strengthened its teaching and practice should be improved,and make great efforts should be made to undertake the responsibilities of training qualified personnel.
