    我国各区域建筑业生产效率比较研究

    Comparative Study on Efficiency of Production in the Building Industry in Various Rgions in China

      摘要
    • 摘要: 引入虚拟决策单元,运用数据包络分析(DEA)方法,研究了我国各省(市)区建筑业的相对生产效率,并进行了比较分析,从提高从业人员素质、加大技术更新与技术改造的资本投入、借鉴学习先进的技术经验3个方面提出了增强建筑业市场竞争力的建议。

       

      Abstract: The paper studies the relative efficiency of production in the building industry in various provinces by introducing virtual decision-making unit and adopting DEA analysis method. Then it makes a comparative analysis, and provides the suggestion to enhance market competitiveness of the building industry.
