Abstract: The government reform is becoming more and more significant with the rapid development of the society.However,governmental reformation is always in difficulties attributing to several factors,like the ineffective communication,the change of the benefit distribution,and a good deal of other social factors.The idea and skills which Public Relations advocated can strongly support the reformation of the government through several ways.As a result,it is necessary to build a professional PR team,and apply the communication,involvement,caring strategies during the reformation process.Only in this way can a fast developing society be promoted.
