    Managing Knowledge Workers Based on the Scope of Organization Embedded

    • 摘要: 从组织嵌入的角度论述了企业组织对知识员工管理的效果和途径,在对相关理论回顾的基础上。运用了案例实践和递进演绎分析的方法。研究认为知识员工的物质追求、成就等需求是以其所拥有的知识技能为基础的,如果企业为知识员工提供知识技能发挥以及知识技能持续增长的平台,使得知识员工的自我成长依赖于企业提供的平台,形成组织嵌入,必然会取得良好的管理效果.

       

      Abstract: On the basis of characteristics of knowledge workers and the past research on embedding theory, this paper puts forward some proposals and views on managing knowledge workers in enterprises. Case law and theory deduction are used in the article. Knowledge and skill are the basis of knowledge workers' material need and achievement need, and incentive strategy to knowledge workers must be based on their requirement factors. We should carry on the following strategies to give workers incentive, such as helping them with realization of success, helping them increasing knowledge and skill, supplying them with platform of obtaining knowledge and skill.
