Abstract: Contemporary market socialism insists on the core concept of the unity between market logic and the justice logic,economic justice and political justice.It explores the logic line,the logic core,the logic substantive and so on to achieve fairness and justice to interpret ate the subjects' value including distributive justice,initial fairness,education fairness,right fairness etc at the theoretical level;and empirical model including "stock distribution type","bank bonus-type","society market" at a practical level along the main logic line of the market and justice,economic justice and political justice to explore the system to achieve "fair distribution using" the stocks,the interest rates,the social dividend" to broaden our thinking about "fairness and justice" in the theoretical perspective "and help to adjust our income distribution" in the practice with a better distributive justice model to crack the problems facing our country.
