    Training of Enterprise Employees After Practicing ERP

    • 摘要: 针对基于供应链思想而提出的、对企业资源进行统筹安排的ERP新的管理模式下的企业人员培训问题进行了研究,对企业应该如何进行员工培训以及培训的内容、重点进行了分析,并从培训计划的制定及培训效果的检查两方面提出了确保培训效果应注意的问题。

       

      Abstract: ERP is a new management mode that is based on the thought of supply chain. Enterprise resources can be arranged as a whole by the mode. In practicing ERP the management idea and method will be changed. Every employee is no longer a member of isolated department but a knot of the supply chain network. This thesis discusses the training problems of enterprise employees and how to train them under the new management. It presents what we should pay attention to in order to ensure the training effect.
