Abstract: By taking the human ethics of"man's own legislation",the human ecology of"nature generated to the people",and the"unity of opposites between man and nature"and"human harmony doctrine"as its core content,the research is done on the ecological ethics of the low carbon economy,helping develop awareness of low-carbon economy and achieving significant re-positioning of human existence,establishing the concept of the harmony between man and nature and the concept of formation and the production of low-carbon economy to adapt to the living habits and ethical rules;the essential requirements of the pursuit of the harmonious development of man and nature of the low-carbon economy determine its ecological theory,the philosophical foundation of which will necessarily be based on the ethics of human nature and Marx's theory of the relationship between human and nature.
