后单位混合社区农民工与市民的融合困境

The Dilemma of Integration of the Post-Unit Mixed Community

摘要: 在城市,社区是农民工融人城市的起点。混合居住模式逐渐在农民工城市融入研究领域得到重视。然而,从实践看,即便是混合居住,农民工与市民的融合也遭遇了困境。通过实地观察和深度访谈对襄阳南漳新华书店单位混合社区进行了调研,研究发现,农民工与市民的融合表现出双重不情愿与双重勉强感的特征。要解决这种融合困难,明确管理主体和责任、强化社区服务和管理、扩大社区交往是关键。

Abstract: Recently,more attention have been given to the Mixed Community Model in the field of the integration of immigrations studies.However,there are so many difficulties in the integration in the mixed communities.Through on-the-spot observations and in-depth interviews,we have discovered that the integration showed the characteristics of the double reluctance and the sense of unwillingness.The key solution is to determine the management body and its responsibility,intensify the service and administration and enlarge the inter communication within communities.
