    美国城市社区治理实践及其对我国社区工作的启示

    A Brief Description of the Urban Community Governance Practice in US and Its Revelations for Our Community Work

      摘要
    • 摘要: 美国的社区治理意识较强且社区治理实践经验丰富。文章分析了美国社区治理的历史沿袭、当前社区治理领域的利益相关者,梳理了有关社区治理的法规政策,并以具体的城市——纽约和美国亚利桑那州坦佩市为例,对美国的社区治理制度进行进一步的考察。最后提出了美国的社区治理对促进我国社区居民自治的启示。

       

      Abstract: The community governance is an area where the United States has superiority and lots of practical experiences.This article presents the historical processes of the US community governance and discusses the stakeholders and policies in today' s community governance.Taking the New York City and the City of Tempe as examples,this article examines the practice in the US.Finally,based on the US experience,the conclusion and the insight to the issues in China are drawn.
