Abstract: With the further development of market economy and democracy, civil society has become a developing standard to judge about a modern society. The citizens exert their rights and freedom fully by the means of constructing a civil society, but there exists a problem of moral construction with the development of civil society. So it is only through its own moral criteria that could civil society develop healthily with a good future. The thesis carries out a discussion on the realization of long-term prosperity of civil society in course of civil society moralization.
