Abstract: By aiming at the problem existed in the economical compensatory payment's legislative stipulation of Labor law,through the value judgment and logical analysis method, the study draws the conclusion:The scope of the economical compensation should be expanded,the standard and the way should be perfected,the condition of the economical compensatory payment should be clear when the labor contract terminated by an agreement, the conditions of the unilateral lifting should be improved by employers.
