    基于熵和协同学的网络组织节点进退机制

    Study on the Node Selection Mechanism of Network Organization Based on Entropy and Synergetics

    • 摘要: 节点优化是网络组织提高竞争力,达到组织效能最大化的基本途径。针对节点进退与管理机制的研究,首先借助物理学中的熵理论,用熵反映组织效能优劣,将节点熵按照战略、结构、环境等因素分为若干因素,为组织纳入负熵节点做出评判。其次运用协同学,以组织效能为基础,以信任、业务整合和知识共享3个维度构建组织协同机制,运用序参量模型对组织纳入节点后的内部协同有序度演化进行分析,使组织向更为有序的结构发展。理论分析证明,新节点进退机制可以更好地保障网络组织的效能。

       

      Abstract: Node optimization in the network organization is a basic way to improve the competitiveness,and maximize the organizational effectiveness.Network organization is an open system,by joining and leaving the node enterprises,showing the characteristics of dynamic and non-linear.In order to ensure the network effectiveness,and enhance the ability to compete in the organization,how to adjust the node becomes a hot issue.In this paper,we will study on enterprise selection mechanism in the network organization.At first,based on entropy,we divide the node entropy into several factors,such as strategy,structure,environment and others,then use this evaluation index to establish the entropy evaluation model.Secondly,with synergetics,based on the organizational effectiveness,we use three dimensions of trust,business integration and sharing of knowledge to build organization and coordination mechanisms,then use order parameter model to analysis the evolution of collaborative degree of order,in order to develop a more ordered structure.Theoretical analysis shows that,this new mechanism of node selection can be better for the network effectiveness.
