    New Normal of HRM:Talented Management Based on Business Operating

    • 摘要: 随着经济增长进入新常态,企业的人力资源管理特征、重点和方式方法均发生了很大变化。以业务执行力为核心的人才管理是人力资源管理发展的必然选择,成为人力资源管理的新常态。新常态下人才管理的重心应该以企业战略为导向,围绕战略业务执行力构建人才管理体系。

       

      Abstract: With the new normal of economic growth, the great changes of HRO’s feature, significant and method have taken place. Talented management based on business operating is the tendency of the enterprise HRO, and becomes the new normal of HRO. In the new normal HRM, it is an important focus for enterprises to build the management system of the talents, which is tied closely with the strategy of the enterprises. And the management system of the talents should be circled around the enterprise business executive power.
