    基于“鲶鱼效应”的人力资源管理机制构建

    Human Resource Management Mechanism Construction Based on the "Catfish Effect"

    • 摘要: 阐述了“鲶鱼效应”的本质,揭示了鲶鱼型人才的特征,从培养、选拔、任用、考核、评价、激励、监管、保护等方面研究探讨了基于“鲶鱼效应”的人力资源管理机制的构建及应注意的问题,以期为组织运用“鲶鱼效应”进行管理实践提供借鉴和指导。

       

      Abstract: With the transformation of employment orientation in governments,enterprises, institutions and many organizations introduce the "catfish" talents into important positions. The article elaborates the natures of "catfish effect" and reveals the features of catfish talents. It analyzes and discusses human resource management mechanism construction based on the "catfish effect" from the aspect of training, selection,appointment,appraisal,evaluation, motivation,supervision and protection,and also studies the problems that organizations should pay attention to,providing reference and guidance for the organizations using "catfish effect" to the management practices.
