    国际枢纽:北京新机场与京津冀协同发展战略

    International Hub:Coordinated Development Strategy of Beijing New Airport and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

    • 摘要: 从国际视角,分析了国家对北京新机场的要求和目前国内机场与国际枢纽的差距,提出北京新机场要从打造“航班波”,完善航权及通关政策,提高中转服务水平,提升国内航空公司服务等方面着力提高国际枢纽竞争力;从国家视角,提出北京新机场要兼顾国内其他枢纽机场的平衡;从京津冀协同视角,提出北京新机场要在优化京津冀区域空间结构,引领产业转型升级,打造京津冀机场群,构建城市群综合交通体系等方面发挥积极作用;最后提出打造综合交通枢纽的具体要求。

       

      Abstract: From an international perspective, this paper analyzed the requirements of Beijing new airport and the gap between the domestic airports and international hubs, and proposed creating "flight wave", improving the traffic rights and customs policy, enhancing transit service levels, promoting the domestic airlines services level to enhance the competitiveness; From the perspective of the country, it is proposed that it should balance the other domestic airport hubs; From the perspective of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei synergy, it is proposed that it should play an active role in optimizing the spatial structure of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, leading industrial transformation and upgrading and building the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei airport group; Finally, the specific requirements of the comprehensive transportation hubs are proposed.
