    • 摘要: 韩非不仅谈法、术、势,而且也讲民生,主张君主应从法治、经济、军事等诸方面采取有利于民生的举措。其民生思想对构建社会主义和谐社会具有重要的现实意义。

       

      Abstract: Han Fei insisted that the monarch should take measures for the benefit of people from the aspects of law,economy,military,and so on,and his thought of people' s livelihood is of great significance to the construction of the socialist harmonious society.
