    基于食品供应链的最优质量的价格影响研究

    Research on the Effect of the Price on the Optimal Quality Based on Food Supply Chain

    • 摘要: 为提高我国食品质量安全水平,以风险规避的供应商和制造商构成的食品供应链为研究背景,分别在集中式供应链以及制造商和供应商分别作为领导者的分散式供应链的3种不同情况下,建立以预期效用最大化为目标的优化模型,研究食品价格对最优质量的影响。结果表明,与市场需求更近的供应链主体所决定的质量水平会因食品价格的上涨而提高;而另一方所决定的质量水平会受到食品价格的直接和间接双重影响。最后以数值分析了食品市场的质量敏感性对这种影响的作用,并且依据研究结论提出了建议。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the food quality safety in China,the optimization model is built with the object of the expected utility maximum to research on the effect of the price on the optimal quality when the food supply chain consisting of the risk-averse supplier and the risk-averse manufacturer is integrated, decentralized led by the manufacturer,or decentralized led by the supplier.The conclusion shows that the quality determined by the main member of the supply chain who is nearer to the market demands or the leader increases by the food price increase,and the quality determined by the other is affected by the food price directly and indirectly.Finally,the numerical study analyses the important role of the quality sensitiveness in the food market for the effect and some suggestions are provided according to the conclusion.
