Abstract: Through analysis,we found that there are some linkages between social capital and Eco-civilization.Social capital constitutes an important resource of Eco-civilization construction.The current development of China's social capital is not yet ripe,therefore,in Eco-civilization construction process,we must strengthen the social capital,strengthen the main ecological society values education,improve the eco-management system and civil environment protection organizations,strive to promote communication and cooperation between government,enterprises and the people,and realize the change of the Eco-civilization construction management mode in good governance.
