    从自组织方法论角度看企业仿生研究

    Enterprise Bionics Study Viewed From Self-organization Methodology

    • 摘要: 从自组织方法论角度探索了企业仿生的实质和理论依据。通过比较分析,认为复杂系统的运行机制和变化规律是企业不同于生物体、企业生态系统与自然生态系统相似的主要原因,指出人类社会各类组织系统向自然学习,就是要学习自组织这一优化的进化机制。同时从企业个体系统、企业生态系统和企业超系统3个不同层次,探讨了自组织理论在企业仿生中的运用,进一步为这一新兴的跨学科研究寻找方法论依据。

       

      Abstract: This paper tries to probe the essence and theoretical foundation of enterprise bionics with the self-organization methodology. Through comparison and analysis, the authors think that the main reasons why the enterprise is different from the organism and the enterprise ecosystem is simi-lar to natural ecosystem are the operating mechanism and the changing law of complicated system, and point out that to learn from the nature is to learn from the optimized evolution mechanism of self-organization. In addition, the applications of self-organization theory to enterprises are explored from three levels, and the bases of methodology for the new cross-disciplinary research are found further more.
