    On the Influences Marxism Exercised on Human Rights Movement in the World

      摘要
    • 摘要: 考察了世界人权运动演变的历程,认为马克思主义人权观的影响是世界性的,其不仅推动了包括西方国家在内的世界人权由消极意义的公民权利和政治权利向积极意义的经济、社会和文化权利拓展,而且对世界人权文书的制定以及地方人权运动的发展也做出了重要贡献,并促成世界人权发展多元格局的形成。

       

      Abstract: The development of human rights in the wodd indicates that Marxist viewpoints of human rights have shaped the theory of human rights in the whole world, expanded the contents of human rights from civil and political rights to economic and cultural rights, exercised a great influence on writs of human rights in the world and the development of human rights in many local places, accelerate multiple of human rights, and so on.
