Abstract: The national cultural soft power is a country's values,behavior habit and system standard, value criterion and the ideal faith in the reflection of national power,and it is an important component of the nation's strength;This new strategy form severe challenges to the Chinese culture soft power construction;the first one is the implementation of "cultural imperialism",the second one is to pursue socialist political power,and the third is to take network ideological publicity position;Again,in order to cope with the challenges to a new strategy,strengthening the construction of China's cultural soft power is to maintain the national security,safeguard the national political stability,and promote the economic and social development,which has the great significance.Finally this paper discusses the leading of the socialist core value system to the Chinese cultural soft power construction is a new strategy and an effective way to deal with the impact of the United States.
